Black Grape Smoothie

Here’s a simple recipe for a gorgeous, nutrient-rich smoothie, bursting with antioxidants (grapes rank with blueberries and blackberries as an excellent source of antioxidants).

1 ripe banana
Generous handful seedless black grapes
0.5 cup soya milk

Blend ingredients together in a powerful blender (black grape skins are tough to blend smooth, so this smoothie may take a little longer than ususal).

Makes a delicious purple smoothie.
