You can park on the road outside.

This class is held outdoors. If the weather is inclement, the class will be under cover.

All Levels Welcome

Please do come along, whatever your fitness level – you work at your own level. Nick will take you through a workout that will burn calories, improve all-round fitness and help to sculpt your body.
Class includes warm-up, stretching and cool-down.

Fee
The class costs £5 per session. There is no joining fee, and no minimum number of classes, just bring your money and pay Nick on the night – simple :)

Calendar of Dates
Classes are regularly held on Monday Nights, at 6-7pm. Sometimes, such as bank holiday Mondays, (or perhaps if Nick cannot make the Monday due to work commitments), boot-camp circuits class is moved to a different day. The dates for classes are all on the website, so if you want to check a date just go to Calendar to check the date you’re interested in.

Demonstration Videos
Nick will demonstrate the moves for you at each class, but if you’d like to check on how to do something, check out Nick’s demo videos here on the website. Just go to the list of departments on the left, and click on How To to see the list of demo videos or go to the search box and type in the name of the exercise you want to view e.g. Russian Soldiers.
